Although these capes are nice and breezy when running around in flight mode, the double layer of spandex also makes a decent warm outer layer to wear into the evening.
For maximum comfort these capes have been designed with 2 ties to support the weight of the cape across the chest and not the neck. Two elasticated finger loops are sewn into the seams so that the cape stays attached to your hands without having to hold it.
