The highest quality spandex has been used on this cape. Although nice and breezy when running around in flight mode, the double layer of spandex also makes a decent warm outer layer to wear into the evening.
For maximum comfort and safety these capes have been designed with 2 ties to support the weight of the cape across the chest and not the neck. Two elasticated finger loops are sewn into the seams so that the cape can be easily attached/detached to your child's hands without them having to hold it.
