As these are elasticated at the waist, they will fit a range of sizes. If you are in between sizes we recommend going for the size down. Please use the below as a guide:

XS: 25-29" Waist (men) // Size UK 6 (women)
S-M: 29-33" Waist (men) // Size UK 8-12 (women)
M-L: 33-36" Waist (men) // Size UK 14-18 (women)
XL: 36-40" Waist (men) // Size UK 18-20 (women)
